I have to earn my way to being loved.

You are loved as a gift, not a wage. Rest in that and love from it.

I'm too anxious to trust anything.

Do not be anxious about tomorrow; today has enough. Bring the worry, one day at a time.

I can't forgive what they did.

Forgiveness frees the one holding the debt. Release it and let peace return.
